Rob, is a lifelong fisherman who began fishing on Lake Michigan at age 10. He started shore fishing, the boat, and eventually settled on kayak fishing for trout and salmon. For Rob, nothing compares to the thrill of being dragged around by a big king salmon from a kayak. He also enjoys helping others catch fish which is why he turned another passion into a profession at Lake Michigan Angler.
Lake Michigan Angler is a tackle shop in Winthrop Harbor Illinois. We have all the tackle for beginner and professional anglers. We have a very large selection of dodgers, flashers, spoons, and flies for trout and salmon. We also have pre-rigged copper and lead-core combos that are ready to fish.
